From my balcony 10/25/11

The black moon hangs over the dancing silver water, the sliver of white at her base is a crooked grin at the sunrise show about to begin.  A red-orange glow of intense fire shoots up from behind the curtain skyline.  Six jets streak across the sky.  The contrails are pink or white threads, illuminating the jet's paths, depending on where they stitch the sky.  Are they peeking at Sunbella behind the curtain of horizon?  Are they seeing a whole different day already in progress while mine is waiting to begin?
